FRANCIA: VERTICE SULL’INTELLIGENZA ARTIFICIALE A PARIGI
Dal 6 all’11 febbraio 2025, Parigi ospiterà il “Sommet pour l’action sur l’intelligence artificielle”, un evento dedicato all’IA. La Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL) parteciperà attivamente, con la presidente Marie-Laure Denis che interverrà in una tavola rotonda sul tema “Cyberattacchi e integrità dell’informazione: sfruttare l’IA per proteggere le democrazie”. Durante questo incontro, si discuterà del ruolo dell’IA nella cybersicurezza e nella lotta contro la manipolazione dell’informazione, oltre a come garantire uno sviluppo sicuro ed etico di queste tecnologie.

DIFFERENZE TRA LA REGOLAMENTAZIONE DELL’IA NELL’UE E IN CINA
L’Unione Europea e la Cina hanno adottato approcci distinti nella regolamentazione dell’intelligenza artificiale. L’UE ha introdotto l’AI Act, una legge completa che mira a stabilire un quadro giuridico uniforme per lo sviluppo, la commercializzazione e l’uso dei sistemi di IA.
